The author, in this paper takes into account the recent phenomenon of the violence of the children aginst their parents: he analyses the factors influencing its emergence and maintenance: a) social factors, particularly with regard to the educational and pedagogycal stiles; b) individual factors with regard to the personality characteristics and to the possible psychopathology; c) family factors which represent the main interest of this paper. Among these ones, the author underlines the importance of family dynamics characterised by violent behaviors (f.i. frequent marital conflicts) as well as the presence of so enmeshed and so fusional links that the violence behavior of the children seems to be a primitive way to take a distance.
