A couple nearly 40 years old, which has been married for three months and engaged for 5 years, struggle with their first real sexual experience. They seek a specialist treatment driven by their desire to have a child. From the type of demand for care, it does not appear that, at least initially, that the couple is conscious of psychological and relational challenges. This comment is presented as a reinterpretation of the case in an Evolutionary Cognitive Perspective.
