Il ruolo dell'agricoltura biologica: il caso della Liguria (di Bruno Scaltriti) - ABSTRACT: The organic agriculture lives a very good moment, because of the supply in the world, especially in Ue, Usa and Japan. It’s not a really new kind of agriculture because it started to appear in the XIX century, in opposition to the Industrial Revolution and the use of chemical substances in agriculture. Step by step now the organic agriculture is gone out from the pioneer’s age to arrive at the supermarkets. The aim of this paper is to show how organic food can be used in a region with high vocation for tourism, as Liguria, together with the other resourses, for the development of rural areas.
