There are a lot of Rasch’s analysis softwares, but we know the algorithm framework for a few of them. The aims of this paper are two: to give the set of algorithms for most Rasch’s analysis softwares for dichotomous data (JMLE technique) and to show how these algorithms are implement in php, the widespread server-side HTML embedded scripting language for web application.
