A systemic therapist, hunter and farmer - Systemic model’s identity is based on stimulating a corrective experience of change in the relationship between patient and his or her relatives, an experience facilitated also by the epistemological turns produced by the first sessions, before a real collaborative and enduring therapeutic alliance has been established. The intensity of the first impact must then develop into various forms during the therapeutic process: we use the therapeutic team dimension for being consistent in simultaneously affecting many subjects and systems. In this process it’s important to think in a to-and from pattern (in loops), as to say allowing a consistent dialogue between the different dimensions of individual and relational diagnosis.

Keywords: Ipotizzazione sistemica; intensità; co-responsabilizzazione; terapia parallela; diagnosi individuale.
