In order to recognize the evolution of fear, violence and war in our world, this contribution is an analysis of the intra-psychic conflict related to the beginning of the atomic era (external bomb era) and the actual time (internal bomb era). We are now in a time of indifference. The crisis of social linkages, social networks and the interior and emotional conflicts are the basis of our condition. The indifference hurts us, and we have great difficulty in elaborating the ambiguity, conflict and creativity. The most important impact factors of this situation are related to the vulnerability of the internal world. The contingence of the crisis of the individuation processes and the social links allow the risk of the other to emerge, and the necessity of educational and psychological investment for the new deal of social linkages and individuation processes.
