The authors show a co-therapy between a individual cognitive psychotherapy and a couple psychotherapy in a case of pedophilia. The cotherapy is focused on the clinical contract with the patient and on the identification of the agonistic /dominant, sexualized themes following lonelyess and coniugal conflict. Internal working model of the patient seems to be avoidant and disorganized oriented. Integration come trough the cotherapy within the possibility to see the meaning of the violence thought of the patience and to speak about them in the individual and couple psychotherapy context.
