A possible theoretical reorganization of events: at the intersection among people, groups and different times. The course of "Psychology of work and organizations", which was held at the Bergamo University during autumn and winter in 2008, is revised here according to a theoretical point of view and with narrations of events which highlight the intersection and the reciprocal influence between diachronical and synchronical aspects: the former ones are referred to events and relationships, to thoughts and emotional investments which came before and are handed on, as heritage, to the institution organizing in the class of the university course; on the other hand, the latter ones are referred to the "emotional field" which is forming, in the university classroom, according to original relational developments (also in the group) which happen "here and now" and which open up to bonds (events and emotions) able to transform and rewrite parts of the history they inherit.
