It is largely known that aptitude for care has its roots in the true self of the person that takes care, while competences characterizing his acts are not enough. To take care, one has to be ethic: ethics is something that has to do with the mind, the reason. If passions conform to reason, they make the action worthier. But if emotions must be smart, can the mind be affected by emotions?
