The author describes the case of an almost seven years old child with violent aggressivity burst directed toward himself as well as to the others. The little boy by resorting to the mechanism of splitting used to keep separately his partial good and bad object, without the possibility to integrate them in a total object. During the sessions through a repetitive play presents an important shift introducing the reversibility of the object. Afterwards, accedes the depressive position, thanks also to an external event of his therapist pregnancy, enabling him to move faster in front of the consciousness of the separation and the possibility to lose un object in his totality.
