Prognosis of some acute clinical conditions seen in emergency medicine, may be significatively improved by an early symptoms recognition and a speedy hospital access to diagnostic tools and therapeutic options. Acute cerebral ischemia and acute myocardial infarction are among the most representative conditions described before. Therefore is well established that spread public campaigns on symptoms onset together with improvement of intra and extra hospital track organization, determining faster diagnosis and therapy access, may produce a relevant mortality and disability reduction in these clinical conditions.
