Generativity in training. Starting from iconic suggestions regarding the effort of gestation and the enthusiasm for the birth, the authors ask themselves about the effort required from the trainers encountering depressive moments they meet in training situations. The fantasy of power is faced with the possible result of imperfection. Similarly, the possible traits of envy must be processed and transformed into the chance to dream together, in that mental space where the encounter becomes a metaphor of the amorous couple, wishing and able to care.
