The case presented is that of Giulia, 5 and a half years old that presents a functioning matrix anxious that has triggered two sequential diagnosis. Initially a selective mute, of scholastic nature, took shape. The treatment occurred in 6 sessions at a studio oriented to understand simple emotions and at the same time with teachers through a program aimed at improving verbal interaction. During the second phase, Giulia presented a separation anxiety disorder, which was treated at the studio in 4 sessions with the mother’s help, through an oriented work of gradual exposition to separation.
