The conversation group in SPDC aims to develop the intermediate thought function between the psychiatry services and Calatina community where it is set, among the single thought, rigid, tipical of delirium and destabilizing confusion. The group for patients is like Prometeo, friend of the human being, who gives them fire, thought and memory, it is a space of intermediate thought, it prepares people with "unspeakable sufferin" to bear the contradictions of life and prepares the community to accept without too much fear difference. The final objective of the group is to allow the participants, trying to give a sense to the experience of the hospitalization, to become active subject of their own improvement and adaptation to the context of life. This is a "double intermmitenc" group: participation, also physical, is fluctuating, the challenge is to find Ariadne’s thread to exit the maze of mind and lighten the weight of the monstrous presence of overwhelming anxieties through a conduction that medicates the wounds. The components of the group, family, patients and operators, create a magical, romantic and monstrous atmosphere, in which all the evil of the world emerge: injustices, violence, death, stigma like when Pandora unscovers the vase closed by Prometeo.
