This essay reconstructs the role and appearance of the network of Bourbon envoys operating in Europe between 1813 and 1815, making the cause of the Dynasty and creating a relentless pressure on the representatives of the great powers and on international opinion. The heterogeneous patrol of Ministers moved incessantly between London, Paris, St. Petersburg and Vienna, pursuing parallel tracks of foreign policy, showing the ability to react to sudden changes in the European balance, carving out an independent role in diplomatic negotiations and trying to transform the Kingdom into a subject crucial to the holding power of the new geopolitical scenarios.
Keywords: Diplomacy, Congress of Vienna, Bourbons, geopolitics, Naples.
