This article analyzes the case of "No Vax" Italian Movement which criticizes the obligatory vaccination of minors based on the individual freedom of choice. This movement doesn’t fully observe the instances of Solidarity Individualism as a form of solidarity con-ducted in a society which is more and more signed by Individualism, where traditional social ties are in continual transformation. The necessary elements to identify forms of Solidarity Individualism are voluntarism, dependency, daily needs, which can be found in the experience of relationship between caregivers, health workers involving incurable people, especially in the pediatric field.
