The "corrective" of the pleasure boating code has introduced some significant changes in the discipline of the commercial use of pleasure craft. One of the most interesting was the introduction of the "cabin charter" figure, which allows the owner to rent the individual cabins the boat is equipped with, to different customers. The new case undermines the traditional charter model, contaminating it with transport and tourist cruise contracts. The need to undertake a revision of the systematic of utilization contracts in pleasure boating emerges more and more distinctly in order to adapt to the new needs of a constantly evolving market
