Tourism in the rulings of the Constitutional Court: Second half of 2020 and first half of 2021

The present section, inaugurated in 2020 to celebrate the tenth year of the publication of the Italian Journal of Tourism Law, is dedicated to the review of the rulings of the Constitutional Court that might be relevant (sometimes even indirectly) in the field of tourism law. The goal of the Review is to offer the reader simple information that is, utterly readable and quicker to refer to with reference to the broad panorama (actually quite complex) of the interventions of the Constitutional Court in this area. Such goal explains the (rather original) choice of the documents’ organization criterion, as well as the decision to formulate brief summaries of the main contents accompanied by publication data in the Official Gazette of the integral texts. For each decision, the date indicated is that of filing with the Registry of the Court. It is important to remember that the First Special Series of the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic (dedicated to the Constitutional Court) is published on www.gazzettaufficiale.it. It should also be remembered that all the decisions of the Court are also published on www. cortecostituzionale.it1
