In this contribution, the author takes us inside the places of foster care and adoption. It offers us a kaleidoscope of predictable and unpredictable stories, represented through a multiplicity of films. The article’s aim is linked to the emotional and affective dimensions that make each story of adoption and foster care unique. The author, again, urges the reader towards a multiple vision, where the films are proposed as changing traces, in the encounter that through the heart the scenario of resonances can return to each of us.
