By the results of a qualitative study, this article aims to consider the finalities and the methodological questions of educational research facing to the complexity of educational practices and contexts. Specifically, our study examines 49 kindergarten and primary school teachers’ views about the educational practices that they perform when managing relationships among children, specifically conflict situations. In this work, the major challenge has been devising an analysing educational action model that would both respect the complexity of educational ecosystems and contribute to studying teaching practices, and thus to support initial teacher education and training.
