Through the network contract, the undertakings can create a complex economic organisation. These forms of organisation oblige labour lawyers to re-evaluate and adapt the scope of Labour Law, and to reconsider the rules to ascribe duties and responsibilities. In the essay, the author provides some examples on how health and safety law should be applied to undertakings linked by a network contract. The author clarifies as well how to ascribe health and safety obligations to the several subjects that take part to the activities of the network.
