Prevo.Lab is a search study on the abuse phenomena, given in anticipatory terms. Directed by the Pathological Addiction Department of the Milano ASL, starts from the hypothesis that a new market of the psychotropic substances exist and that lives inside a cultural ground of addiction. There is a new market used, which is based on strategies and technologies like those owned by larger markets and not only addressed to drug addict subjects. These changes impose an adjustment of the preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative intervention system. Keywords: drugs, new consumption styles, prevention.
