Emozioni e clinica: un contributo descrittivo sugli accessi in un ambulatorio ospedaliero di psicologia - Emotions are complex somatic and mental finalized to the individual adaptation of the and constituted by an integrated whole of cognitive and expressive process , instrumental behaviors and subjective background. It is clear the importance of emotions for the psychic health of the individuals. Nevertheless only in the last years clinical psychology started to study them in a systematic way. In this research we have investigated the emotions emerged during the first interview of patients accepted in a psychological outpatient’s department. The results underline as the principal emotions are fear, sadness, and the anger. Furthermore the seriousness of the patient disease seem to be linked to emotions in quantitative terms but in qualitative ones. In the conclusions of the work results have been discussed in the light of the psychodiagnostic relapses, and we offer some prognostic elements for the psychotherapeutic intervention.
