Law 180: a dissociative "state" 40 years old - The Author, as in a diary, talks about the 35 years old dramatic story in Assistance to Mental Illness in Italy. His experience, in all Institutions used as a mental disease’s treatments, is an authoritative witness to denounce serious deficiencies which confirm, paradoxically, Franco Basaglia’s revolutionary theory.
