The author proposes the case of a child aged eight, in analysis for about fifty sessions. During the sessions the little boy created a particular play: he disassembled something coming from the external world and reassembled it in a way tolerable by his mind. The pathological organization in the mind has a double function: protect himself from the aggression of the external world and permit him an omnipotent functioning. The patient, in this state of the mind, doesn’t tolerate the impact with the world, puts himself inside the pathological organization felt as mafia gang (Rosenfeld).
