This paper presents an overview of Jakob von Uexküll’s political theories. Though never professing overt racist opinions, he shared the anti-liberal authoritarianism and elitarianism of the so-called "Conservative Revolution" in Germany, an ideology that was partly to merge with the Nazist party.
