The path along which this paper is organized move from conventional forms typical of what is known as the class conflict to those of today, which often outweigh the size of the media system, and also of virtuality. The forms will be taken into consideration the following: class conflict, the conflict service sector, the media conflict and the virtual conflict. While the first type assumes a direct and immediate relationship, the second calls into play the role played by the media. But it was with the third type that the media, rather than trade unions and institutions, to give social legitimacy of the conflict they need to bring out the problems related to work and give resonance to the public plan. The greater problem is known as the more urgent to solve it. The virtual conflict, most recently, playing everything on the Net but it would be erroneous to believe that its implications have not reflected on the daily lives of people living in the organizational structures, as we try to demonstrate.
