Cooperation and competition difficult to coexist! However, the intertwining between group analytic thinking and Microcredit Grameen Model seems to overcome this difficulty. In this paper we propose a discussion focusing on cooperation and competition meant to correspond to two human needs; two different ways of being in human relationships. Group is the main subject of this debate in its quality to be a producer of theoretically infinite relational goods both rival and cooperative. Another central topic in this discussion is the relational meaning of oikos nomos, the «management of the family home», the greek expression from which the word «economy» originates. This takes us to the idea of a system where coexistence and sharing are part of everyday life of the family that expands towards the community and the society at large.
