Proposes a reflectionon the current dynamics of change in Arabian countries, starting with a structuralanalysis. The first part is devoted to a brief analysis of the transformations of theArab regimes in the past two to three decades that coincide with the period of the so-called neo-liberal globalization. The second part provides some food for thought andinterpretative keys on the dynamics and hence on the possible developments of theso-called "Arab spring".
