The right to health is part of universally recognized rights guaranteed to every individual, regardless of whether or not possession of the status of citizen. Have access to care when it is needed is a way for foreigners to assert this right and to maintain their health status. From the latest Istat and the Ministry of Health show that the foreign population of China is characterized by a significantly lower hospitalization rate compared to other communities of foreigners. This research focuses on the analysis of modes of access to health care services by the Chinese population of Messina. The characteristics of the community of inquiry, led to privilege quantitative analysis tools. Were administered 130 questionnaires to answer closed. The first results emerging from the research are: the orientation spread among the Chinese to make a differential use of traditional medicine and Western; the distrust of local health services because they are forced to deal with different linguistic and logistical obstacles.
