Through exposure of a clinical case and a special supervision work, the author describes how to think in terms of "concludenze", and not just conclusions or interruptions, allowing you to focus on the next to each another, the therapist’s desire and that of the patient compared to psychotherapy. This allows recognition of the other in turn to better appreciate and understand the work done together, also in its partiality, or in all those situations in which desires do not coincide but there is satisfaction by the patient.

Keywords: Conclusion, interruption, conclusiveness, supervision, setting, desire.
