The research identifies the emergency plan as the ‘tool’ that can better follow resilience criteria in an urban system, focusing on the definition of models, methodologies and specific tools linked to the risk management. Particularly, a first research deepening concerned the seismic risk, summarizing the first results obtained on two different cases of study: Turin and Rende (Cosenza).
