This article retraces some of Monia’s works and contextualizes them in her typical coherent ideological framework. Monia carefully analyzed most of the themes dear to the anarchist movement, which include the aspects of antimilitarism, class solidarity, secularism viewed as the universality of rights, and paid extreme attention to the dynamics of power, both in the private and public dimension. Her works tend towards the continuous enlargement of freedom and self-determination, through the dynamics of mutual care and the view of a collective horizon. Her findings are first derived from theoretical studies, successively applied to the context of real life, and are characterized by a profound libertarian awareness that has accompanied both her way of thinking, as well as her concrete choices of activism.
Keywords: Power, class solidarity, antimilitarism
