Flight phobia is a widespread disorder that causes significant discomfort and disability. Self-hypnosis is one of the most effective therapeutic modalities for the solution and restructuring of thought patterns that maintain aerophobia. This arti-cle presents an Ericksonian self-hypnosis script for flight phobia employing Binau-ral Beats and ASMR sounds and a case report.
