We propose a Junghian comment to the article by Dr. M.V. Gambella. Our revisiting of the therapy described is aimed to "dream" the text, in Ogden’s acceptation. Within the couple described, we contemplate the unconscious relational issues between the archetypal images "Anima" and "Animus". We also observe what happens in the therapy’s "third space", which effectively becomes a third actor, with its own emotional states and with the opposite affective qualities coming from the couple and from the therapist. We also track close resonances between the "metaphorical methods" used in the relational domain and the narrative and imaginative dimension permeating the Junghian therapeutical practice.
