Supreme Administrative Court (Consiglio di Stato) 8.10.2009 n. 6194 - conviction for robbery - refusal to renew residence permit - legal presumption of social dangerousness which can be exceptionally derogated due to intervening circumstances raised by the party - obligation to inform the public administration of such new facts prior to the adoption of the measure.
