Little Hans, one’s became adult and learned that Freud had helped his parents in dealing with his phobia, went to visit him: "grandfather" Freud had helped his parents to deal with the difficulties of his "grandson". As well in a psychiatric context, the author, in a supervision of the operators of a service, after a teamwork and at their presence, communicates to the patient what the group has considered about her person. An intervention by grandfather-supervisor conducted with extreme care and delicacy in a direct meeting with the patient.
