This article summarises the path driving to the creation of the Labour 4.0 project by Cgil, its implementation and its evolutions through the online collaborative platform Idea Diffusa. It is a test, a tool open for collaborative learning and collective intelligence of the union, to help it driving digitalisation processes. A critical analysis of the tools and processes implemented so far will help shaping future evolutions.
