Un libro veloce e scorrevole che racchiude tutte le situazioni in cui di norma molti psicoterapeuti finiscono per bloccarsi con l’ACT. Motivare i pazienti demotivati, stabilire un programma efficace per l’intervento, far restare in seduta i pazienti che tendono a deragliare, rendere comprensibili anche i concetti più ostici, sono solo alcuni dei punti affrontati nel libro con un’efficace strategia “passo dopo passo” e con esempi e dialoghi tratti da sedute reali.

The study aimed to conduct a comparative analysis of the organisation and operation of jury trials in Ukraine and the United States, as well as to identify problematic aspects and propose recommendations. In addition, the system of jury selection, the organisation of their activities during the trial and the decision-making procedure were addressed. The study was conducted using the methods of legal document analysis, comparative law, and analysis of judicial practice. The results of the study demonstrated significant differences in the organisation of jury trials in Ukraine and the United States. In Ukraine, there are restrictions on the age of jurors, no clear rules for replacing jurors during trials, and no unified system of jury instruction. In contrast to Ukraine, the United States has a clear system of jury selection and replacement, as well as detailed instructions for jurors, which helps to improve their efficiency. As a result of the analysis, several recommendations were made to improve the jury system in Ukraine, in particular: reviewing the age requirements for jury candidates, introducing clear rules for replacing jurors, creating a unified system of jury instruction and enhancing media coverage of jury trials. Implementation of these recommendations will help to improve the effectiveness of jury trials, strengthen public trust in justice and further democratise the judicial process in Ukraine

The banking system is a key link in the economy. As a guarantor of human rights protection, the state must ensure the growth of the well-being of citizens, including by providing affordable and cheap consumer loans to the population. The in-creased level of debt on unsecured consumer loans of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan makes it necessary to reduce the debt burden of the population to credit institutions. The purpose of the study was to compare the legislation and the practice of applying sustainability of banking legislation in the field of lending to individuals in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. The article characterises the sustainability of banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakh-stan, describes the main legislative reforms, their implementation and consequenc-es. A comparative analysis of the measures taken in Kazakhstan to protect the rights of a borrower with the system of the Russian Federation as the most approx-imate in terms of economic and social indicators. The main problems of the activi-ty of credit institutions on the territory of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation were revealed and possible ways of their solution were found. It was concluded that nowadays the main problem of consumer lending is unfair lending by finan-cial organisations. It is necessary to adopt a separate law on consumer lending, which will ensure the protection of the interests of borrowers.

La pianificazione strategica ha trovato riscontro, in Italia, nella diffusa sperimentazione di pratiche innovative per il governo del territorio, per effetto sia di uno spontaneo scambio di esperienze, ma anche a opera di incentivi finanziari da parte dello Stato centrale e delle regioni. Il volume verifica la capacità dei piani strategici attuati in Italia di veicolare una nuova cultura della pianificazione territoriale, e propone una riflessione critica su alcune esperienze in corso legate alle politiche di sviluppo di regioni e comuni, presentate a Venezia nell’ambito di Urbanpromo 2006.
