A people-oriented training The article intends to delineate and suggest a training plan able to look beyond the corporation. A training being able to lead towards full and authentic existence horizons and towards the regaining of the self-construction plan individuality, in order to promote the personal development first of all, and then the organizational system one. The ten fundamental key-words quoted by the author are: training, adult, experience, reflection, interpretation, narration, criticism, clinical, to learn, change. This approach to the training process is more persuasive than others for it tries to return the training to its original purpose, to its most pure target: the subject itself, or, in other words, its supreme vocation that expresses itself in the subject, being it the image of oneself.
