The choice concerns more and more the profile and contents in inter-organizational relations and to govern responsibility sharing. In such a context, characterized by a constant attention to construction and evaluation of organizational processes, we have to read in a new way the traditional relationship between knowing what to do and knowing how to be. The knowing how to be dimension is getting a new meaning, exactly because the worker is more and more asked to participate to the construction of the organizational conditions of his own work. Here is the centrality of a reflection on situated organizational practices as heritage of practical knowledge, shared and contextualized, finalized to organizational problems solution.
