The individual systemic therapy with the involvement of significant relatives. an integrated schedule for able patients asking a therapy - In this article the author presents an individual psychotherapy model where, in the first phase of treatment, the negotiation with the patient about which family member must be invited to the psychotherapy session is very helpful in focalizing on the here-et-now of the relationship with the family members and with the therapist. Subsequently, the work in the family session may rapidly allow important movements of emotional approach and reciprocal acceptance that improve the emotional growth and the search of an existencial and autonomous proyect.
