As part of the ‘Doctoral Workshop’, design experimentation addressed residential neighbourhoods built in the period between the wars and after the second world war, located on the outskirts of the city between the route out of the city to Sempione and the Naviglio Grande with the objective of formulating strategies for intervention capable of working on different scales and involving not just built space but also open and relational space.
