The SAT program was born in the early ′70s, founded by Claudio Naranjo. It offers a model of therapy that gives attention to the individual and the group as a whole. It proposes a culture of being. It is inspired by the Fourth way, for which the fullness of development and growth occurs integrating instinctive, emotional and rational brain. It is important the work on recovering love towards parents and towards life, and the spiritual path that is practiced through the knowledge of the character, according to the way of the Enneagram and of different schools of Buddhist tradition.
