The iteration of the use of this tool of foreshadowing in the design field has generated a "habit of provocation", the architectural point of defining normality utopia. This project aims to launch a challenge as strong trusting the tools of the architectural discipline. A provocation that offers design solutions for the future of Jerusalem where the conflict is not the predominant feature of the city. A future of peace without a precise date. A future where the themes are the development, welfare and quality
