EU labour law, namely, the heterogeneous and unstable combination of interventions, tools, measures as well as sources, through which the EU directly or indirectly impacts on the legal and functional frameworks of Member States’ individual and collective labour law systems, in a relationship of mutual interference and interaction - is experiencing an unprecedented decline of its rationales, functions, purposes, regulatory techniques, and constitutional coherence.
