The present analysis moves from the evolution of the discipline related to recreational boating and air, to examine the various contractual forms used in the subject matter. Particularly we shall analyze the relationship with navigation law and the related problems with respect to autonomy/specialty with respect to the same and, before examining the discipline contained in the so called "recreational navigation code" - we studied the evolution of the discipline (and its related critical aspects), the jurisprudence with particular attention to the commercial use of pleasure boats, as well as the aspects related to infrastructures connected to recreational boating and the heterogeneity of recreational boating.
