The analytic writing and the fictional one are confronted in their similarities and differences. The first is more strictly linked to the clinical material, to problems of confidentiality, the latter, even if it starts from a clinical moment, a sentence, an image, a transferential / controtransferential reaction is more linked to the analyst. They are the "remains of the working analytic day", of fantasies, rêveries, memories that emerge in the analyst’s mind and run the risk to clog it. On the contrary, they can become the starting point of a fictional writing, tied to the interior research of the analyst, to her encounter with her inconscious and with the patient’s and to her desire not to lose the depth and the potential creativity of that moment of intimacy.
Keywords: Intimacy, unconscious, analytic writing, fiction.
