In this interview, edited by Anna Iannotta and Giuseppe Preziosi, Tito Baldini - child and adolescent psychoanalyst - talks about his job as a trainer and supervisor of social workers employed in therapeutic communities (for children and young people) exerting vicarious parenting functions. Baldini highlights the importance of working in groups as a means of integrating projections attributed to the social workers by community residents.
