The paper addresses the issue of the protection of fundamental rights by offering an interpretation aimed at underlining the value of the relationships that are intertwined with increasing frequency at various levels between national and supranational judges, identifying in them a new characteristic of the judicial activity that goes increasingly emerging in a perspective of cooperation to fuel which judges often do not decide the dispute but work in various ways through old and new institutions so that the final decision is increasingly oriented towards safeguarding the fundamental values of the human person.
